Welcome to Republic Trailer Rentals! By booking a trailer rental through our website (RepublicTrailerRentals.com) or affiliated booking platform (Booqable), you agree to the following terms:
Rental Agreement
• Equipment Ownership: Republic Trailer Rentals retains full ownership of all equipment. Renters are granted a temporary license for use.
• Operator Requirements: Renter must be 21+ years of age, hold a valid driver’s license, and have a vehicle capable of towing the equipment safely.
• Insurance/Liability: The Renter assumes all liability for the equipment during the rental period. Renters are strongly encouraged to verify their personal or commercial auto insurance covers towed equipment.
• Deposit & Payment: A security deposit is required at booking. Deposits are released upon the return of the equipment in the same condition as picked up, pending a post-rental inspection.
• Late Returns: Late returns are subject to a daily fee equal to the standard day rate, plus any additional costs incurred (e.g., lost bookings).
• Prohibited Uses: Equipment may not be used for illegal activities, hazardous material transport, or subleasing.
Cancellations & Refunds
• Cancellations made 48+ hours before pickup are eligible for a full refund (minus booking fees).
• Cancellations within 48 hours of pickup will forfeit the deposit.
